What is Eazy Home Property Management Service?

EAZYHOME is an online property platform providing the all-in-one property management services.

Why Zero Deposit Rental?

Having the option of renting out property without the traditional 2.5 months rental deposit will ease the financial burden of potential tenants. 

As Landlords, you will be able to attract a wider audience and possibly rent our your property faster. Using EAZYHOME service doesn't mean you will attract undesirable tenants as we provide the necessary tenant screening service. Moreover, with our EAZYHOME SILVER / GOLD / PLATINUM service, you are protected against loss of rental up to 2 months, malicious damage to your property.

How does Zero Deposit Rental work?

Zero Deposit does not require the tenant to come up with the standard and traditional 2.5 months rental as deposit.

With our Zero Deposit system, tenants will pay for the first month rental and EAZYSIGN fee upon engaging us.

Landlord can choose our EAZYHOME SILVER / GOLD / PLATINUM  rental management package service that includes screening tenant, tenant monitoring and rental collection. 

How do you charge your fees?

EAZYHOME offers Landlord and Tenants a simple plan to speed up the process of rental.

Our Packages comprises of EAZYHOME SILVER / GOLD / PLATINUM, each plan provides up to 2 months rental loss + unpaid utilities bill + malicious damage. To find out more, contact us  here

Can you guarantee me a good paymaster tenant?

EAZYHOME offers tenant profiling and conducts the necessary background check on potential tenants, this includes their financial status and employment background.

After the tenant passes our tenant profiling, they can then proceed to rent your property.

We ensure through our EAZYFIND tenant management service that you will get your rental on time. In the event of late payment, EAZYHOME will carry out the necessary rental recovery & eviction process whilst guaranteeing you any loss of rental*

How do I post my property on your web site?

Listing on our website is totally free, our exclusive real estate partner from Bornion Realty will assign a dedicated real estate professional to market your property, ensuring your property is managed with care and dedication. All you need is to sign up here

Can I use your Zero Deposit service if I have my own tenant?

Although our in-house Real Estate Negotiators can provide a full spectrum service, including marketing and managing your rental listings, we are also able to provide customized service, all you have to to is leave us your details here and our customer service representative will contact you.

Who is your insurance provider?

Our insurance is undertaken by Liberty Insurance with over 43 years of experience in providing comprehensive insurance solutions to Malaysia.

What is your insurance claim process?

Example:

If your tenant leave without paying rent during the tenancy or found to have malicious damage your property.

Step 1 : Contact us immediately.

we will file a police report within 14 days.

Step 2 : If there is malicious damage, insurance company will send a qualified adjuster to determine the damage and claim will be pay to you once approved.

**Malicious damage claims are subjected to underwriter's report.

Will I be notified of the monthly rental collection?

Yes, an email will be send to you on a monthly basis. 

What if my tenants do not pay the rental on time?

In the event of rental payment delays, reminders will be sent to the Tenant. Respective Landlord as well as their appointed servicing agent will be alerted by email.

Further actions will be undertaken by EazyHome should the rental goes unpaid. 

Eviction procedure will be carried out by EazyHome in the event the rental still remains unpaid.

Rest assured that all the processes will be handled by EazyHome whilst you as the Landlord remain protected by our EazyHome guarantee.

What if my tenant runaway in the middle of the tenancy agreement and I've made a claim, do I still have to get a new policy for the new tenant?

Yes, as the service taken up is per the tenancy agreement, on on coverage period of 1 year.

How E-tenancy agreement works?

All tenancy agreement will sign through online. Both Tenant and Landlord will receive a link through email, click on the link and sign the E-Tenancy Agreement. Tenancy agreement will automatically go for E-stamping by LHDN
