Why use EAZYHOME’s ZERO DEPOSIT service?
Using EAZYHOME’s ZERO DEPOSIT rental service means you no longer have to worry about coming up with a hefty 2.5 months rental as deposit. All you have to come up with is our EAZYSIGN service fee which cover’s your one year E-tenancy agreement fee + stamping by LHDN.
Are there any other money I have to come up with?
Yes, advance 1 month rental as booking fee once you’ve decided to rent the house.
This is refundable if you do not pass our tenant screening procedure but will be forfeited in the event you’ve changed your mind in renting the house.
The booking fee can be use to off-set the 1st month’s rental.

What do I do if I want to rent the property?

You would have to pay us the booking fee + EAZYSIGN Service fee.

You are required to sign on CTOS consent form and provide us the document for our Tenant Screening process. Such as:-

Employment Letter,

Latest Month Pay slip,

Latest Bank statement as proof of income.

5) A full refund will be given for tenants that are failed for the eligibility check. The refund will takes 7 working days.
6) Once the check got approved, the e-tenancy agreement will be emailed to both Landlord and you for signing.
7) We will arrange for the handover of keys to you after the tenancy agreement has been signed and stamped. We will also assist you to sign up with our direct debit system during handover. For any further assistance, kindly contact our property manager.

How E-tenancy agreement works?
All tenancy agreement will sign through online. Both Tenant and Landlord will receive a link through email, click on the link and sign the E-Tenancy Agreement. Tenancy agreement will automatically go for E-stamping by LHDN.
How much is the agreement fee?
The agreement fee is covered by the EAZYSIGN FEE
How do your fees work?
We collect a one time EAZYSIGN Fee which covers your e-tenancy sign up fee. We don’t collect the traditional 2.5 months deposit for rental and utility.
Who do I pay the rental to?
You pay the rental to EAZYHOME every month via direct debit system. This will be arranged during the handover of keys.
What is direct-debit system?
With Direct Debit System, rental payment will auto-deduct from tenant’s Bank Account, every month, on time. EAZYHOME on behalf of Landlord to collect rental from Tenant and disburse to Landlord within 7 days.
Can I pay rental by cash?
To make it a more controlled way to collect rental, we only accept debit and/or credit card (Cash or Bank Transfer is Unacceptable).
